‘CWAY Food Committed To Nigeria’
A food and beverages company, CWAY Food and Beverages, has restated its commitment to doing business in Nigeria.
Its Managing Director, Arun Bhintade, who spoke recently, during a programme tagged: Distributor Engagement Program (DEP) for its top-performing distributors in Northeast II, Northcentral and Northwest regions, said the success recorded by the company over the years is a testament of the partnership it has with its distributors.
Bhintade said the company remained focused on its vision, mission and values, adding that it will continue to produce quality products to meet the demand of Nigerian consumers.
He added that the company will never compromise on quality, saying that the progress so far achieved since the company started operation and the hope of a better future is hinged on the company’s strong belief in the country.
He expressed gratitude to the distributors, noting that the growth the business has recorded could not have been possible without the business partners who have consistently demonstrated loyalty and trust.
The event, which was its maiden edition, was championed by the company’s Sales Director, Sapan Pattnaik, and his team, and had in attendance partners in the distribution business in the country’s food and beverages industry.
Speaking on the occasion, the Northwest Region Senior Regional Sales Manager, Emmanuel Ikyav, appreciated the distributors in attendance for their commitment to the CWAY Food and Beverages business. He said they have enabled him and his team to grow the business in the region.
Emmanuel said he will continue to ensure that all the necessary supports are provided to the company’s business partners thereby enabling the achievement of the organization’s objective of mutual growth.
Also, Senior Regional Sales Manager, Northcentral Region, Chimezie S. Agbo, expressed appreciation to all the distributors in his region.
“We could not have come this far without all your support. Yes, we are growing, but there is still room for growth and at CWAY, we are here to work with you and ensure we all grow together”, he said.
The Food and Beverages Sales Director, Pattnaik, in his presentation, said the business has grown across all brands in the past two years.
According to him, this feat could only have been achieved through the resilience and innovative efforts of both the distributors and the company. He said more quality consumer-centric products will be launched for the benefit of all.
Each of the top 20per cent categorized distributors in the two regions was presented with awards of recognition alongside durable appliances such as televisions and refrigerators.
The number one distributor, SUFAYE Limited, was presented with a cash prize of N3 million, while other cash prizes were given to five others.
Responding to the gesture, the CEO of SUFAYE Limited, Alhaji Ahmed S. Sufi, said: “This is the first time this kind of engagement will be happening in the food and beverages sector and I really commend CWAY Food and Beverages for this landmark initiative even as my co-business partners and I look forward to more of it”.
With two of this event already held, other regions are expected to play host to their top-performing business partners in weeks to come.
