He stated that the judgment confirms the election that saw the emergence of Fubara and his deputy, Prof Ngozi Odu as free, fair and credible because the contestants had a level playing field at the poll.
He said the successful election of the governor and his deputy was the best thing that could happen to the State.
He commended the pivotal roles played by the current Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Chief Nyesom Wike, describing him as an uncommon politician Rivers Stare has ever produced.
James noted that this is a momentous accomplishment that did not only highlight the successful leadership style of the governor and his able deputy that drew the people to them, but also solidifies the trust and confidence bestowed upon them by the people of the State, saying, the duo are square pegs in square holes.
He applauded the Justices of the election petition tribunal for their unwavering dedication and commitment to uphold the principles of justice and serving the best interest of the citizenry having recognised the position of the people who came out in their numbers to cast their votes on March 18, 2023.
He urged members of the opposition to shun further litigations and work together with the governor for the greater good of the citizens and the advancement of the State because, according to him, the electoral process which produced them was flawless and devoid of any irregularities, and urged total support for Governor Fubara to succeed in office and make the people proud.
