Kilonshele Group Launches E-commerce Site
An e-commerce site which provides a platform for the general public to know about and purchase tickets on-line for religious, educational, sports and business activities have been launched in Lagos State. The new portal, designed to collect and give information on various events, sells tickets as well as provide a platform for on-line advertising, was unveiled by the Managing Director of the SilverBird Group Mr Guy Murray Bruce. Mr Bruce explained that the portal is set to take the entertainment to the next level. According to him, the online ticketing will be provided by Kilonshele, saying that it is bound to create more ease in the organising of ticketed events in the country. The SilerBird Group Managing director, who lauded the Kilonshele Group for pioneering the future of entertainment in the country, assured them that his company would partner with it in terms of media coverage. The chairman of Kilonshele Group, Mr Maduka Emelife, noted that the website was designed to provide convenience to the entertainment industry as well as draw more people into the industry. The portal, he said, would not only serve as a database of events and a point of ticket purchase but would also serve as a platform where business organizations can place their advertisements. Mr Emelife also assured visitors to the website that every transaction concluded on the site is safe as their personal information is protected. The portal, which is operated by Asheville Services Limited, is set to make significant contributions to the ongoing creative revolution in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
