Akaekpuchionwa Movement Hails Fubara Over Commissioner’s Appointment
The Akaekpuchionwa Movement, Rivers State Chapter, has expressed gratitude to the Governor of the State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara for the appointment of Dr (Hon) Samuel Anya into his cabinet as Commissioner for Special Duties, describing the gesture as an outstanding choice that aligns perfectly with the Governor’s commitment to excellence and progress for the State.
The movement, which gave the indication in a statement issued in Port Harcourt and signed by its Coordinator and Special Assistant to the Commissioner, Hon Emmanuel Anya, said by the appointment, Governor Fubara has made an outstanding choice, that aligns perfectly with his commitment to excellence and progress for the State.
The statement noted that Dr Anya has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in his service to the government of Rivers State for over a decade.
The movement further indicated that the Commissioner’s experience and passion for development make him a valuable asset to the Fubara administration, saying, “We are confident that his contributions will greatly support and enhance the excellent work you continue to do for the people of Rivers State.”
“As the Coordinator of the Akaekpuchionwa Movement, Rivers State Chapter, Honourable Emmanuel Anya, Special Assistant to the Commissioner, we celebrate this remarkable decision,” the statement said.
While further thanking Governor Fubara for reposing tremendous trust and confidence in the Commissioner, as well as finding him worthy of the appointment, the coordinator said, “We are deeply appreciative of your trust in Dr Anya’s abilities, and we pledge our continued support to Your Excellency’s vision for a greater Rivers State.”
