\nAccording to the publications of the Website, there\u2019s a gap in the industry for real-time online publication\u00a0 to cater for\u00a0 stakeholders and key decision makers.
\nThe publisher of the website\u00a0 Mr. Simon Tumba, said the\u00a0 mission of the company was to transfuse\u00a0 responsible\u00a0 journalism, with the aim of shaping a strong virile Nigerian travel industry for the\u00a0 pride of all stakeholders.

\nAccording to him, two unique\u00a0 sections of the\u00a0 site are the punctuality rating of domestic carriers, which\u00a0 is aimed at making carriers\u00a0 more responsible to their schedules.
\n\u201cThe i-complain section\u00a0 is for travellers\u00a0 who\u00a0 experience poor customer services to file their\u00a0 complaints\u00a0 to the Consumer Protection Directorate of the Nigerian\u00a0 Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) through us\u201d he\u00a0 said.
\nMr. Tumba who is a veteran aviation and travel journalist with over 25 years\u2019 experience\u00a0 in travel and aviation\u00a0 journalism, said the values of the website are based on high\u00a0 level of corporate governance, integrity, excellence, respect and fairness towards all stakeholders.
\nTumba served in the vision 2010 Aviation Committee set up by the Federal Government and has attended workshops and\u00a0 seminars\u00a0 in over 17 countries.
